While interest or experience with multicultural or social justice issues is an asset, what is most important to us is that our partners and members have the initiative to conceive of, develop and implement interactive activities and events that will educate participants and inspire future discussion. We are especially interested in working with people with interest or expertise in issues we have not yet addressed in our writing and work. Working with intersections means we are always expanding our understanding of how conditions shape our lives and identities.
